Each Goddess is constructed by hand out of baked clay (with a finishing glaze), then decorated with various items: glass/wood beads, wire, feathers, shells, etc. There is a main theme to each lovely Lady which is listed on her tag, along with names she is known by in Religion. The Star Goddess is terra cotta in colour, she's got tigers eye gemstones hanging from her and about her face. The ends of the strings of gemstones have star baubles.

Turquoise Goddess (Product #AG-14)
The Turquoise Goddess is terra cotta in colour, she's got a woven crown about her face, glass beads intertwined within the weave. From her neckline dangle three strings of various glass beads and feathers. The back of this one is covered with brown felt.

The Autumn Goddess is terra cotta in colour, a beautiful glass leaf crown adorns her head. Strings of red aventurine mixed with amber and caramel coloured beads dangle from her chin, ending with glass leaves and a wire wrapped bead. Mini Turquoise Goddess (Product #AG-16)
A smiling face surrounded by a simple braid, and a crown of pearl-like and turquoise beads. She has a new design at the nape of her neck, a chandelier style bauble with the pearl-like beads and turquoise gem stones hanging. Her length is about 4", diameter about 1.5 inches across her adorable face.

Maternal Goddess (Product #AG-17)
This Goddess calls out to the Mothers...She takes on the repose of a proud parent, with a modern hair do. Hanging from this proud Mama's face are three children of different sizes to represent different ages: newborn, toddler, adolescent. The children have felt upon their backs to give them a more finished look. Glass beads with creamy peach, golden hues, deep browns and beiges adorn this beautiful family. I took a different approach with this one. She's a winking Goddess with a sly little smile, big blue eyes stare out from a very jovial face. She's got blue glass beads hanging from her face and topped with berry glass beads. The hanger on this one is spiral wire (blue) wrapped with thinner blue wire with seed beads and in the center of the top of the hanger hangs a string of seed beads and a blue berry bead. Her length is about 13" from tip of wire to bottom of beads.

The Universe Goddess is Silvery and Grey like a cold celestial body from the Outer realms. Her yellow eyes star out from her alien-like features. Black, silver and clear glass beads adorn her, a silver star focal point at the bottom. Piece is approx. 5 inches in length.

Winter Goddess (Product #AG-23)
The white snow covers the ground like a thick woolen blanket, allowing the Goddess a season of rest. I've captured an interpretation of this aspect in my latest addition, Winter Goddess. From her grey strands of hair to her white glass czech beads, you can feel a coolness about her. She smiles, thankful for a reprieve. The focal point on this one is a pewter (nickel free) pendant which depicts a tree with a full pearly moon behind it. This Goddess reminds us we too need time to gather our energy for the times ahead... length approx. 7 inches. Fully glazed. Delicate hair. I would not recommend this one being placed outside.

Aphrodite (Product #AG-24)
Aphrodite invokes thoughts of love and beauty. I've done my own interpretation of her in this latest piece: Golden wavy hair, glistening in the sunlight, beautiful, suggestive blue eyes, herb baked clay (with rose petals). The beads were carefully selected to match my thoughts on Aphrodite from the shell pieces on either side of the long middle focal point. Varios bead from copper rosettes, to pearl- like glass; peach seed beads, the focal point having flecks of peach, pink, gold, flesh, green, ecru within. Overall length: approx. 5 inches.

Be The Change Goddess (Product #AG-25)
Inspired by Gandhi's saying "Be the Change You Want to See In The World" (my personal mantra), I've created the "Be The Change Goddess" (I'm sure there will be more renditions to come). Seen here with a large, happy face, full lips, knowledgable eyes, wild, wavy hair. This piece has rainbows of coloured glass seed beads and larger glass beads, the focal point a very large wooden spiral with the word "Change" on it, wrapped with wire and more coloured seed beads.
